The Corporate Social Responsibility

L’Enfant Roi is committed to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Our internal structure is designed to limit our environmental impact and strengthen our social engagement.

In line with this, we opted to internalise our support services (from laundry to the technical service and purchasing). This allows us to control the quality at all stages.

Our commitments are formalised in a Social Responsibility Charter.

Our CSR coordinator is Arnaud Paquin, Technical Director.

SOCIAL RESPONSABILITY OF THE COMPANY

We are the only creches in Luxembourg to hold the ESR label. This distinction, awarded by the INDR (National Institute for Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility), recognizes our commitment to sustainable development. Our CSR strategy, meticulously formulated and translated into a dynamic action plan, fuels our relentless pursuit of continuous improvement.

CSR CHARTER

DIVERSITY CHARTER

By signing the Lëtzebuerg Diversity Charter, L’Enfant Roi is committed to promoting and managing diversity in Luxembourg. This national initiative calls upon all Luxembourg organizations to go beyond legal requirements and actively implement concrete measures that promote diversity and inclusion.

MADE IN LUXEMBOURG

This label enables us to promote the Luxembourg origin of our expertise. We can therefore guarantee that our services are of Luxembourg origin.

SUPERDREKSKECHT

This label reflects L’Enfant Roi’s commitment to environmentally-friendly waste management. Each of our establishments has been awarded the label, thus complying with the criteria required by the SDK.
